School Bus Information

Hello Richfield Families,

If your child rides the school bus, we invite you to sign up for Ride 360. This app provides real-time mapping for your child’s school bus location and easy access to information like their bus number, bus stop location and bus stop time. This information is already available in the app and you will also receive a postcard in the mail the week before school starts with your child’s transportation information.

Set up your account:

1. Download the Traversa Ride 360 app (Apple App Store | Google Play) 
2. Open the Ride 360 app.
3. Select your country.
4. Select the school district: Richfield Public Schools ISD280
5. Click on register.
6. Create an account.  
   1. After hitting Submit you will need to verify your account by going to your email inbox to verify the confirmation email from Ride 360.
   2. Once you have confirmed through your email account, go back to the Ride 360 app and log in.  
7. To link your child, click the person icon in the upper right corner.
8. Enter your child’s ID (which can be found in ParentVUE), then hit the next field button.
9. Enter your child’s last name (it must be their full legal last name), then hit the next field button.
10. Choose your child’s school, then click Find Student.
11. Verify that the student listed is your child, then click Link Student.
12. If you need to add another student, repeat steps 7-11.

Help, I don’t see any bus info!

• If you look at the app on a Monday, you will only see Monday’s information. If your child doesn’t ride the bus on Mondays, you will not see any bus information. The app only shows route information for the specific day of the week that you are looking at the app.

• If your student is in the walk area, or outside the district, there will be no bus information for you.

Don’t be late!

• Please note that these are the scheduled times for your bus. It is still District policy that students need to be at their bus stop five minutes before the scheduled time.
