Centennial Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, July 3, 2020

• Xcel completed boring in the new primary feeder line.
• Completed the structural steel platform in the Boiler Room.
• Completed the concrete slab replacement in the Kitchen Area.
• Completed the structural steel framing required for the all-glass partitions at the Media Center Break Out Rooms and Maker Space.
• Completed in-wall rough-in and drywall hanging in the Resource Area.
• Completed all classroom plumbing wall framing.
• Started framing new metal stud partition walls in the Front Office.

Planned week ending Friday, July 10, 2020

• Begin in-wall rough-in in the Media Center and Front Office area.
• Complete roughing in at the Classroom Plumbing walls.
• Begin hanging and taping drywall in the Classrooms at the plumbing walls.
• Complete drywall taping in the Resource area and begin wall finishes.
• Continue plumbing rough-in at the larger gang Restrooms.
• Continue painting Corridor walls.

Middle School

Completed week ending Friday, July 3, 2020

• Framing and in wall mechanical inspections throughout
• Start drywalling framed walls throughout
• Continued installation of unit ventilators

Planned week ending Friday, July 10, 2020

• Continue unit ventilator installation
• Continue drywall framing, start mudding and taping
• HVAC ductwork installation on main level link
• Install locker benches in pool area

Sheridan Hills Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, July 3, 2020

• Continued above ceiling hydronic and domestic water piping in C wing.
• Poured the Front Entry addition footings.
• Completed all abatement scope.
• Completed the demolition in the existing Front Office / future Media Center.
• Completed demolition in the C wing stacked Restrooms.
• Completed plumbing wall framing in the C wing Classrooms.
• Continued underground plumbing rough-in throughout the building.

Planned week ending Friday, July 10, 2020

• Complete flooring underlayment and continue plumbing rough-in in the C wing stacked Restrooms.
• Begin insulating piping above ceiling in the Level 2 C wing Classrooms.
• Complete Front Entry addition concrete foundation walls.
• Complete framing metal stud partition walls in the new Front Office area.
• Begin in-wall rough-in in the new Front Office area.
• Complete the re-route of the existing fiber line into the building.

• Set up concrete pours and infills for floors in boiler room
